I pitched this piece to Briarpatch Magazine in the lead-up to the 2020 Saskatchewan election. I felt we needed to expand the scope of advocacy for Saskatchewan filmmakers. Friends Janine Windolph and Candy Fox graciously offered their time to speak with me at length about their experiences, and share stories about our late friend Trudy Stewart.
